Through my own personal exploration of holistic wellness and artistic expression, my professional offerings were born. I’ve spent the past 15+ years working as a professional photographer, photo editor, makeup artist and holistic wellness blogger. Over 5 years ago, while still living and working in Los Angeles, I discovered my love for Sound Healing, Flower Remedies and Plant Medicine. The effectiveness of Sound Healing can be understood through the belief that everything in our universe carries a unique vibrational frequency, including us as humans. Our individual frequencies oscillate depending on our inner and exterior environments. We are energetically synchronized through the vibrations and frequencies we choose to align ourselves with.
